Winners from 2009 Reverse Raffle

This year's reverse raffle was another success with the biggest winner being the scholarship recipients, the Summer Service Learning Project students, and Excellence in Teaching teachers, both now and for generations to come. We raised over $6500 for these causes thanks to your generosity.

We began with a short business meeting led by Club Secretary Ned Ryan, in which the current officers were reelected for another year's term.

Emceeing the raffle this year was the club's own Terry Blair, past president of the club and State Representative for the 38th District. Joining Terry for part of the name draw was Peggy Lehner, our State Representative for the 37th District.

He had help, as always, from several members of the crowd, including one of our incoming freshmen, Maria Hodapp.
This year's winners of cash prizes were Paul Boeckman, Maddie Barbara Krug, Victor Nanagas Jr., Dave Reed, Charlene Wheeler, and Gene Yankel.
Winners of a pair of Boston College-ND tickets were David Allen, Bill Anthony, James Carroll, Dan Ernst, Paul Lehner, Frank McBride, Father Stretch, Maria Zawodny, Ann Zlotnik, and Ron Zlotnik.
The five finalists for the grand prize all decided to split it this year. They were Judy Blair, Pat Foley, Ken Hemmelgarn, Mary Lou McCarthy, Tim McCormick, and Rob Suttman.
Congratulations winners! And thank you to everyone who bought a ticket (or tickets) this year.
